Conditions of Sale
1. Buyer agrees to make every effort to provide a comfortable and safe environment for the Puppy.
2. At the expense of the buyer the Puppy will be seen by a licensed veterinarian for a thorough examination within 48 hours from the time buyer receives the Puppy. The seller agrees to a cash refund or replacement with a puppy of the same quality if either a congenital defect or infectious disease is found. Thereafter all medical expenses are the sole responsibility of the owner.
3. Buyer agrees to maintain regular scheduled vaccinations, heartworm preventative program and have any medical conditions that may arise treated by a licensed veterinarian.
4. Buyer shall register the Puppy with the American Kennel Club, http://www.akc.org, with the name agreed upon by Newtown Kennels and the buyer.
5. Should the buyer at any time be unable to keep the dog purchased from Newtown Kennels, the buyer agrees to contact Newtown Kennels and either return the Dog to Newtown Kennels or transfer the Dog to a new owner who has been approved by Newtown Kennels. Such approval will not be unreasonably withheld, on the condition that the new owner agrees in writing to all of the conditions herein. If the Puppy is returned to Newtown Kennels and it is resold, the previous owner is entitled to the proceeds from the sale less the expenses incurred by Newtown Kennels for the care and training of the Dog and its sale.
6. The Puppy is sold with a limited AKC registration and buyer agrees to not breed the Dog. Buyer also agrees to have Dog spayed or neutered at an age recommended by owner's veterinarian.
